Autoimmune hemolytic anemia (AIHA)
Immune thrombocytopenia
and or autoimmune neurtopenia
substantial portion has Autoimmune lymphoproliferative syndrome (ALPS)

Treatment

IVIG is used commonly to treat AIHA
Steroid: initially effective, most relapse after stopping therapy, alternative therapy is required
